Cleaning Furnace Flux is a efficient flux for removing the oxide accumulated on the wall of reverberation furnace, extending the life of refractory materials and protecting efficiently furnace. This flux is used in aluminium alloy furnace, heat preservation furnace and crucible furnace.

Usage Instruction
1. Low metal liquid to the lowest operating lever, exposing the deposit on the wall of furnace; close the burner, spray Cleaning Furnace Flux on the surface of exposited deposit.
2. Close the furnace door, return on the burner for about the minutes then close it again
3. Open the furnace door, slightly scrape off the intenerated deposits; after normal slag’ removing, cleaning them from the surface of metals.
Fix the dosage based on the amount of oxidation deposits and surface area; also adjust the dosage follow the low and high of the furnace temperature and the time of producing of oxidation.
*This flux has not so good effect on buildup scale deposition. For new or repaired furnace, it is better to clean the furnace after be used for 5-6 times.
For thick scale deposition, need to repeat for several times.
Storage and Package: 2kg/bag, 20kg/box.. Be stored in airiness and dryness areas, keeping away from damp.
Period of validity: Six Months;
