Degas flux is white and have strong functions of degas; be used in reverberation furnace, crucible furnace and various furnace types. This product doesn’t contain Na, and can be used any type of aluminium alloy.

Usage Instruction：
Firstly daubing the protective paint in the bell type cover and then try it; control the temperature of aluminium liquid higher than melting temperature about 20—30℃(the temp. can’t be above 750℃ when operating, that is avoid of acting too strong),press the Degas flux by bell type cover to thebottom of melting and move; casting after reovoing the gas.
Dosage: 0.15—0.20% of the weight of melting
Storage and Package: 250g/piece, 2kg/bag. Be stored in airiness and dryness areas, keeping away from damp.
Period of validity: Six Months
