Refined Flux of RJ series aluminum and aluminum alloy is a shape of powder grain, which is used the way of spraying refined. They have more contact area with aluminum liquid and better efficiency for degas and dregs removing. Through spraying machine, powder refined flux is ejected into the aluminum liquid by the carrier of nitrogen and chlorine, and then form large amount of air bubble. Air bubble fully contact with the aluminum liquid during the process of floating to the surface and bring the gas and other sundries to the surface of aluminum liquid, so that to reach the aim of removing the gas and dregs.

Dosage: 0.1-0.2% of aluminum liquid’s weight, recommend dosage is 0.15%, also can ensure that depending to the local reality.
Usage: Put the spraying powder refined flux into refined spraying machine, and be sprayed into the alminium liquid by the carrier of gas. Making the venthole be closed to the bottom of melting pool as soon as possible and move the venthole pipe come-and-go to ensure the fully contact of refined flux and aluminium liquid.
During the process of operating, the operator can control freely the amount of gas and refined flux by barometer and powder-feeder circles. This is to control the rolling of aluminum liquid and try to reduce the double pollution!
